"I never accepted 'That's just how it works.'"
Not when I was selling real estate. Not when I was managing brokerages. Not when I spent more than two decades working with agents. Not now, either.
I've always been fascinated by the gap between what people know they should do and what they're actually able to do.
Eventually I realized the answer almost never lived inside the business itself. It lived underneath it. That realization became The Rooted Agent Method.
"The obvious problem is rarely the whole problem."
Not every conversation begins with a program. Sometimes it begins with a podcast episode, an article, a question, or a different way of looking at something you've believed for years.
A show about the questions that traditional business conversations rarely ask. Why do capable people struggle to follow through? What happens when an industry mistakes symptoms for causes?

"The problem is never what I think it is, it's deeper and with Angela's wisdom I'm able to work through it and get back on track within minutes."
"After being coached by Angela for over 2 years, my business has expanded beyond anything I could have imagined possible on my own."
"Her approach goes far beyond numbers; she's deeply committed to redefining what success means by focusing on sustainable growth, meaningful client relationships, and behavioral change."
What if the problem isn't your discipline…
…but the story you've been told about why you're struggling?
Everything changes when you stop treating symptoms and start understanding what created them.
After 32 years in real estate, I've come to one conclusion. The biggest obstacles to growth rarely begin with lead generation, marketing, accountability, or better systems. They're symptoms. My work begins the same way every time: find what everyone else is missing, get to the root, build something better.
For decades, the real estate industry has responded to the same struggles with better scripts, stronger accountability, new technology, and more training.
Agents still burn out. Brokerages still struggle with retention. Capable people still know exactly what they should do and somehow can't seem to do it consistently.
At some point we have to ask a different question. What if we've been solving the wrong problem?
That question has shaped my entire career.
Explore Ideas & Observations →My place in this industry is the bridge between agents and the people who lead them. I've sat in both seats, and the same work speaks to each side.
The Rooted Agent Method starts underneath the procrastination, overwhelm, and burnout, then builds the business on top of what you find: a focus that's actually yours (Heartprint), a way of working that fits how you operate (Productive Flow), and real visibility in the community you serve (Local Legend).
Explore the Rooted Agent Method →Consulting and advisory work with brokerage owners and the people who lead their agents, in boutique brokerages and in large multi-office organizations.
Explore the brokerage work →A training program an owner brings into the brokerage for the people who lead agents, or a team leader brings to a team. It shows leaders how to tell an agent who needs support from one who isn't a fit, what to do when someone starts checking out, and how to coach the cause instead of the symptom.
Explore the Rooted Leader Method →Proptech companies, vendors who sell to agents and brokerages, associations, and MLSs keep running into the same wall. You refine the onboarding, rebuild the interface, add another training… and adoption still stalls. It was never a product problem. I've spent 32 years on the agents' side of the screen, and I can show you what they won't put in a survey.
