The obvious problem is rarely the whole problem.
I've been in real estate since 1994 and coaching and consulting since 2003. I'm based in Georgia, and I work virtually with brokerages and agents across the country.
For years I watched talented agents struggle in ways that didn't make sense. They weren't lazy, and they weren't incapable.
Most of them knew exactly what they needed to do… and they still found themselves in the same cycles, starting strong, fading out, and avoiding the very calls they knew would change things.
The industry's answer was always the same: more accountability, better scripts, another system. None of it was solving the problem.
It was managing the symptoms.
Read Ideas & Observations →When something isn't working, my instinct has never been to push harder. It's to ask why… and keep asking until I find what's creating it.
I see the pieces underneath the problem in front of you and how they connect. With an agent, it might be a story picked up long before they ever had a license. With a team or a brokerage, it's usually what's happening between people every day.
Once you can see it, you can address it at the root, and it stops repeating. Then the practical work, the systems and the visibility, finally has something solid to stand on.

Brokerage operations, real estate technology, coaching, and state-level brokerage leadership, including serving as Georgia State Managing Broker for two national brokerage brands.
My consulting practice took this work to brokerages and agents across North America and the Caribbean, and it's what led me into coaching.
Years into my coaching, I built Productive Flow™, a four-pillar framework for focus, time, energy, and emotion.
The same question, what's really creating this, now has a method behind it. Some of my client relationships have run past thirteen years.
The Rooted Agent Method starts underneath the procrastination and burnout, then builds on what you find: a focus that's yours (Heartprint), a way of working that fits how you operate (Productive Flow), and real visibility where you live (Local Legend).
A training program for the people who lead agents. It shows them how to tell an agent who needs support from one who isn't a fit, what to do when someone starts checking out, and how to coach the cause instead of the symptom.
Consulting and advisory work with brokerage owners and the people who lead their agents, in boutique brokerages and in large multi-office organizations.
I've been the agent, the coach, and the one running the brokerage. That's why my place in this industry is the bridge between agents and the people who lead them.
Long enough to watch the same problems get the same prescriptions, decade after decade.
